The geopolitical rivalry between the United States and China has reached Manila Bay, with Washington vehemently opposing the P34-billion reclamation project of “Plastics King” William Gatchalian who is fully backed by Beijing.

A Babbler said the US is vehemently opposed to the reclamation project that would surround its embassy overlooking Manila Bay.
