1.Reference: Coast Guard District National Capital Region–Central Luzon Radio Message Cite CGDNCR-CL3-0414-026.
2.For the projected escort mission to the Regatta 2014 form 22-26 April 2014 at SBMA, Olongapo City. The Philippine Coast Guard Vessel BRP Nueva Vizcaya (SARV-3502) will conduct Gun Test Firing on 20 April 2014 at vicinity 12.3 Northwest of La Monja Island, Cavite or at areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point D | Latitude 14 degs 20.3875 mins North | Longitude 119 degs 18.6499 mins East |
3.In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
